All items will be delivered absolutely free of charge within the UK.

Orders will be despatched in plain white envelopes, or parcel boxes. The name ‘Pleasure Paradise’ will not be displayed anywhere on the packaging, and a discreet invoice will be enclosed in a document wallet on the front.

Packages requiring European delivery may incur a small postage fee. Unless otherwise specified by the customer, the majority of items will be sent by First Class Royal Mail post. Orders of £60 and over will be sent by recorded delivery.

Royal Mail currently aim to deliver 92% of items by the next working day. Particularly heavy (1.25kg+) or expensive items will be sent by a courier service, which aims to guarantee delivery by 5:30pm the next day, Monday to Friday.

We endeavour to get all orders placed before 4:00pm sent out on a same day basis.
